New customized size RFID Prelams, HF Contactless smart card, RFID card Inlay, 13.56MHZ RFID chip for smart card.

A Radio-Frequency Identification system has three parts:

• A scanning antenna
• A transceiver with a decoder to interpret the data
• A transponder - the RFID smart card - that has been programmed with information.

Common size of inlay including: 305mmx460mm, 320mmx464mm, 300mmx480mm, 390mmx480mm, 500mmx650mm is okay for us.

The thickness of inlay can be 0.35~0.60mm. Inside of the inlay, we adopt etched antenna or ultrasonic automatic submerged line coil for production process. Internal coil arrangement can be arranged in accordance with customer requirements. In the inlay we can according to customer requirements to printing date, logo, etc. on the surface it can be printed wireframe, outside of inlay can be cut into any size according to customer's requirements.

• Inlays with ink marks are defective, do not use.
• RFID Inlays or labels are sensitive product, do not bend or stretch
• Static-free bag will be use for packing; always keep environmental static charge to a minimum.
