Product Description
The turntable can test the temperature characteristics of the MEMS
gyroscope, and obtain the relationship curve of the modal resonant
frequency and the figure of merit of the MEMS gyroscope with
temperature, so as to give a segmented temperature compensation
method. Zero bias measurement during startup; zero bias measurement
at different temperatures; measurement of MEMS gyro errors caused
by temperature changes; zero measurement at different temperatures
after taking temperature compensation measures; a comprehensive
test evaluation report can be provided.
