Working principle of waste crusher double-shaft shredder:
The core principle of waste crusher double-shaft shredder is based
on double-shaft coordinated shearing and extrusion crushing, as
follows:
1. Structural composition
Dual spindle system: Two spindles (active shaft + driven shaft) equipped with staggered
blades are arranged in parallel, and the blades are mostly made of
high-hardness alloy (such as manganese steel), which is
wear-resistant and impact-resistant.
Drive and transmission: The two motors drive the spindles separately through the reducer
to achieve relative rotation (the speed is usually 10-30 rpm),
generating strong torque (up to tens of thousands of Nm).
Sealed shredding chamber: The chamber is welded with wear-resistant steel plates and
equipped with an anti-winding shaft design to reduce material
jamming.
2. Crushing process
Material grabbing: When the double shafts rotate, the blades are staggered to form a
"bite" effect, and the waste entering the cavity (such as large
plastic barrels and metal cans) is rolled into the crushing area.
Shearing and tearing: The material is sheared and pulled by the relative movement of the
two sets of blades, and is broken by the extrusion stress; for
tough materials (such as rubber), the tearing action of the blades
breaks them into small pieces.
Particle size control: The bottom screen can adjust the aperture (such as 10-100mm), and
the crushed material is discharged through the screen, and the
particles that do not meet the standards continue to be processed
in the cavity.
