Working principle of industrial solid waste shredder:
The working principle of industrial solid waste shredder is based
on the combined effect of *mechanical shearing, extrusion and
tearing**. Its core structure and operation logic are as follows:
1. Spindle and blade: One or more spindles are installed inside the equipment, and staggered blades (usually alloy material, high hardness and wear resistance) are fixed on the spindle.
2. Drive system: The motor (with reducer) provides power to drive the spindle to rotate, so that the blades can rotate at high speed or low speed with high torque.
3. Feeding and discharging device: The feed port is designed as a funnel-shaped or forced feeding structure, and the discharging port is set with a screen according to the crushing particle size requirements.
4. Material input: Industrial solid waste enters the shredding chamber through the feed port.
5. Crushing process: When the material contacts the rotating blade, it will be
gradually torn, cut or squeezed into small pieces by the shear
force, extrusion force and friction force of the blade. For
materials with higher hardness (such as metal), the bite and
extrusion of the blade will cause them to deform and break; for
flexible materials (such as plastic film), the shearing and pulling
of the blade will achieve crushing.
6. Particle size control: The crushed material is discharged through the screen, and the
material that does not meet the particle size requirements will
continue to be processed in the shredding chamber until it meets
the discharge standard.

when running at low speed, and the mechanical wear caused by high

equipment has a compact structure and is easy to maintain on a
daily basis.
