Employing deep residual networks, it can break down complex communication channels used by popular FPV systems. Taking inspiration from established passive detection frameworks, the system can identify unique RF fingerprints characteristic of drones. It achieves an accuracy rate of 99.1% in detecting these signals at a distance of 3 kilometers, even under extremely low signal-to-noise ratio conditions as low as -120dBm. This enables precise identification of critical elements such as encrypted session keys and abnormal heartbeat packet patterns, ensuring reliable detection of FPV drones in challenging environments.
