1. Structural design
Folding arm type robot:
Adopts multi-section articulated arms (usually 2~3 sections), which
can be folded and retracted like a "joint", realizing horizontal +
vertical compound movement, bypassing obstacles to reach the target
point, and covering a wider range.
Intelligent drive system:
Electric servo motor or variable frequency motor drive, with
precision reducer, smooth movement and programmable control.
Compact base:
Fixed to the column or wall, some models have mobile tracks (such
as light KBK tracks) to meet the needs of flexible production
lines.
2. Intelligent control function
Human-machine interaction interface:
Equipped with touch screen or handheld remote control, supports
point preset and path planning (such as straight line/arc
trajectory).
Sensor fusion:
Optional weight sensor (anti-overload), laser ranging (positioning
accuracy ±1mm), collision detection (emergency stop protection),
etc.
Automation integration:
Linked with the host computer through PLC or industrial bus (such
as Modbus, EtherCAT) to achieve collaborative operation with AGV
and robot arm.
3. Performance parameters
Rated load: 300kg (pay attention to the torque limit when the
folding arm is extended to avoid overloading at the end).
Working radius: usually 2~5m (after the folding arm is unfolded), the folded state saves more than 50% of space.
Repeat positioning accuracy: ±1~3mm (depending on the drive solution).
Speed adjustment: The lifting speed of the electric hoist is 0.5~8m/min (stepless speed change), and the rotation speed is 0.5~2rpm.
