1. Enhanced safety and guidance:
Horizontal guide wheel (horizontal wheel): Standard configuration
of European end beam. Usually arranged on both sides of the end
beam (inside or outside), close to the rail flange or web,
effectively preventing the crane from tilting, gnawing or even
derailing during operation (especially when starting and stopping,
the track is uneven or there is lateral force), greatly improving
the operation safety and track life.
High-strength buffer: High-performance polyurethane buffers or
hydraulic buffers are installed at both ends of the end beam to
effectively absorb collision energy and protect equipment and
structures.
Travel limit switch impact ruler: The end beam is equipped with a
impact ruler that triggers the trolley travel limit switch.
2. Modular design and high versatility:
The end beam design is standardized and serialized, and the
corresponding specifications of the end beam and drive unit can be
selected according to different tonnages (6.5 tons), spans and
working levels.
The connection interface with the main beam is standardized, which
is convenient for installation and subsequent maintenance and
replacement.
The drive unit (three-in-one) is an independent module, which can
be quickly replaced as a whole when damaged to reduce downtime.
3. Low maintenance requirements:
“Three-in-one” drive unit: good overall sealing, usually lifetime
lubrication, maintenance-free (except extreme working conditions).
Maintenance-free wheel bearings: lifetime lubricated sealed
bearings.
High-strength wear-resistant wheels: long service life.
Greatly reduces the daily maintenance workload such as refueling
and adjusting brakes.
4. Flexible track adaptability:
European end beams can be adapted to a variety of track types:
European standard tracks (A45, A55, A65, A75...): most common, wide
flanges, good stability.
QU type crane special rails: stronger load-bearing capacity.
I-Beam: usually requires larger horizontal wheels to ensure
guidance (European design can also be well adapted).
