1. Highly compact and lightweight design:
“Three-in-one” drive unit integration: This is the essence of
European design. The drive motor, reducer and brake are highly
integrated in a compact unit to directly drive the wheels. It
greatly saves space and reduces the weight of the end beam.
Optimized structure: The end beam body is usually welded with
high-strength steel (such as S355). The structure is optimized by
finite element analysis to achieve lightweight while ensuring
strength and rigidity.
2. Efficient and reliable “three-in-one” drive system:
High power density motor: It adopts high-efficiency, low-inertia
squirrel cage motor or variable frequency motor, which has smooth
start and stop and good speed regulation performance (especially
when matched with variable frequency control).
Hard tooth surface reducer: Usually helical gear or planetary gear
reducer is used, and the gear is hardened and ground, with high
transmission efficiency (>94%), low noise, long life and strong
load-bearing capacity.
Built-in disc brake: The brake is integrated in the reduction box,
which is protected and not easy to be polluted. It has large
braking torque, fast response, good heat dissipation, no
adjustment, long life, and is safe and reliable. It is the key
guarantee for the safety of European end beams.
3. High-performance maintenance-free wheel set:
Wheel material: Usually made of alloy forged steel (such as 42CrMo)
and quenched, with high surface hardness (HRC 45-55), good wear
resistance, and high fatigue strength.
Bearing unit: Use large clearance, heavy-duty sealed deep groove
ball bearings or tapered roller bearings, pre-lubricated, and
maintenance-free for life.
Wheel installation: The wheel shaft is fixed, and the wheel rotates
on the shaft through the bearing. The structure is simple and
reliable, and maintenance is convenient.
Optional polyurethane rubber-coated wheels: For occasions that
require low noise, ground protection, or certain insulation
requirements, high-performance polyurethane rubber-coated wheels
can be selected to reduce noise and vibration.
4. Superior operating performance:
Low starting current, high starting torque: The "three-in-one"
drive unit is optimized and matched, with small starting current
impact and large starting torque, which is particularly suitable
for frequent start-stop conditions.
Smooth operation and precise positioning: The compact and rigid
structure, efficient transmission, built-in brake and optional
frequency conversion control ensure the smooth operation of the
crane, no impact when starting and stopping, and high positioning
accuracy.
Low noise: The hardened gear reducer, optimized gear design,
high-quality bearings and possible rubber-coated wheels
significantly reduce operating noise.
