Material Handling
1. Lightweight structure, space saving:
Suspended installation: The track is directly installed on the
lower flange of the roof truss of the factory or a special support
structure (such as H-beam). The main beam of the crane is suspended
under the track through the walking wheels on the end beam.
No need for columns: Unlike traditional bridge cranes that require
ground column support, suspended cranes do not occupy ground space,
and the area below can be used completely freely, which is
convenient for material transportation and equipment layout.
Make full use of the height of the factory: Since the track is
installed at a high place, the crane itself has a compact
structure, which can maximize the use of the headroom height of the
factory and provide a larger effective lifting space.
2. Moderate lifting capacity: The lifting capacity of 6.3 tons
belongs to the small and medium tonnage range, which is very
suitable for common material handling, equipment maintenance,
assembly line feeding and other tasks, covering most light and
medium-sized industrial application scenarios.
3. Flexible operation:
Trolley operation: The main beam of the crane runs along the length
of the factory (track direction).
Trolley operation: The electric hoist (with hook) runs along the
length of the main beam.
Lifting: The electric hoist completes the vertical lifting of heavy
objects.
The combination of these three directions of movement can achieve
precise positioning of any point in the coverage area.
4. Electric drive, easy operation:
The operation of the trolley, the trolley, and the lifting action
are usually driven by independent motors.
