1.Lifting Motor
The lifting motor adopts a V-shaped rotor motor with a larger
starting torque to adapt to the frequent direct starting during the
intermittent operation of the product. There are two types of
motors, one is a dual-speed motor and the other is a inverter
variable frequency motor.The motors include Chinese brand and SEW
brand for option.
2. Gear Reducers
It adopts three-stage helical gear reduction. The gears and shafts
are made of alloy structural steel, and their reliability and life
are guaranteed through appropriate heat treatment. The box body and
box cover are made of cast iron, with good vibration reduction and
reliable sealing.
3. Traveling Mechanism
The electric trolley, running motor, running reducer, driven
trolley, etc. together form the running mechanism, which drives the
main machine to move through the frame. Its running speed is
generally variable frequency dual speed 20/5m/min, and the wheel
tread is a straight plane.
