High-Efficiency Iron Removal: Equipped with a strong magnetic field (up to 15,000 Gauss), the
remover accurately captures fine iron particles in lithium battery
slurries, ensuring high purity. It efficiently removes iron from
both cathode slurries (e.g., NCM, LFP, LCO systems) and anode
slurries (e.g., graphite systems), effectively preventing iron
impurities from impairing battery performance and significantly
extending battery cycle life.
Self-Cleaning Design: The unique rotary self-cleaning structure is a standout feature.
During operation, iron impurities adsorbed on the remover
automatically fall off and are discharged via the rotating
mechanism, eliminating the need for frequent manual shutdowns for
