The slurry iron remover, independently developed, can be used in both electromagnetic dry and wet methods for new lithium battery materials.

Sorting System​
Steel wool or steel plate mesh is generally used as the filling medium to increase the magnetic field gradient. This can effectively improve the sorting effect for weakly magnetic impurities. The system can sense a magnetic field strength of 8 - 10T, facilitating the separation of weakly magnetic impurities .​

Cooling System​
To ensure the stability and safety of the electromagnetic coils during long - term operation, a cooling device is equipped. For example, circulating water or transformer oil is used for cooling. For instance, the DCX wet - type automatic magnetic separator uses 25# transformer oil as the insulating oil for the electromagnetic windings and adopts forced - circulation heat dissipation. The temperature rise of the oil is ≤60℃.​

Chemical Industry​
During the production of chemical raw materials, it is used to remove magnetic impurities from the raw materials, improving product quality. For example, during the production and recycling of catalysts, magnetic substances can be separated by a magnetic separator, enabling the recycling of catalysts.​

Food Industry​
It is used to remove magnetic metal impurities from food raw materials, ensuring food safety and quality. For example, during the production of flour, milk powder, etc., iron filings and other impurities can be removed by a magnetic separator.​
