2. Profile Description
- This profile is a cold-formed steel upright with base plates welded
on both ends. Made from galvanized steel, 1.5–2.5mm thick, it
features pre-punched holes for adjustable shelving. Commonly used
in high-strength industrial shelving systems, it offers durability,
modularity, and compatibility with shuttle and pallet racking
structures.
3. Production Process
- Rack Upright Discharge Table → Magnetic Robotic Arm → Laser Welding
→ Finished Rack Upright with Base Plates
- The production process begins with automatic feeding of completed
uprights via a powered discharge table. Dual magnetic robotic arms
pick, rotate, and position the uprights for precise base plate
welding. A laser welding station with pneumatic fixtures ensures
tight alignment, fast operation, and high weld consistency, forming
a closed-loop automated unit.
