- This heavy-duty shelf step beam is made from galvanized steel with a thickness range of 1.5-2.5mm, designed for use in warehouse racking systems. The beam offers superior structural integrity with its robust form and precise dimensions. Ideal for high-capacity shelving and industrial storage applications.
3. Production Process
- 3T Hydraulic Uncoiler → Leveling → Roll Forming Machine → Flying
Spot Welding → Flying Sawing
- The line feeds steel through the uncoiler, where it’s leveled
before forming into step beams. The material undergoes precise spot welding for structural strength and is then cut to the desired length with
high-speed carbide-tipped saw blades, ensuring high-quality output.

- Flying Spot Welding + Flying Cut-Off: Continuous high-speed
operation without downtime. Compared to traditional spot welding
and stop-and-cut systems, production capacity is increased by
