The Total Thallium Online Analyzer is a specialized instrument designed for automated monitoring of
trace thallium (Tl) in water. Utilizing the Anodic Stripping Voltammetry (ASV) principle from electrochemical technology, it enables continuous
monitoring of thallium concentrations in water with a detection
limit as low as µg/L level.
>>Principle
The analyzer adopts the internationally recognized Anodic Stripping Voltammetry (ASV) methodology. The process involves:
- Pre-electrolysis: Enriching the target analyte onto the working electrode under
specific conditions.
- Quiescent Phase: Allowing the solution to stabilize.
- Stripping Phase: Applying a reverse voltage to dissolve the enriched analyte from
the electrode.
- Quantification: Calculating the thallium concentration based on the stripping
voltammetry curve.
