Continuous Emission Monitoring System Gas Analyzer
>>Overview
It can monitor the real-time concentration of particulate matter
and gaseous pollutants in exhaust gases from fixed pollution
sources (such as boilers, industrial furnaces, incinerators, etc.),
suitable for high-humidity, low-concentration environments.
CEMS typically consists of three main components: the gaseous
pollutant monitoring unit (SO2, NO, NO), the flue gas parameter
monitoring unit (temperature, pressure, flow rate, O2, humidity),
and the data acquisition and processing unit.
The sample gas passes through a high-temperature heating pipeline,
is filtered by a two-stage dust filter, and directly enters the gas
chamber in the analyzer. The gas chamber is placed inside a
high-temperature box and connected via UV fiber optics to a UV
differential analyzer for flue gas measurement.
