Applicatiom

Copper-shielded ABC (Aerial Bundled Cables)‌ are primarily used in ‌overhead power distribution systems‌ where reliability, electromagnetic interference (EMI) resistance, and durability are critical.

1. Phase Conductor: Class 2 Circular compacted stranded aluminum
2. Conductor Screen: Extruded semi-conductive layer
3. Insulation: XLPE (Cross-linked polyethylene)
4. Insulation Screen: Extruded semi-conductive layer
5. Metallic Screen: Copper wire screen or copper tape screen
6. Separator: Semi-conductive swellable tape
7. Outer Sheath: HDPE (High Density polyethylene)
