ZF-D200 Series Packaging Machinery Servo Drive Systems
The servo system of textile machinery is one of the core
technologies for achieving efficient and precise production in
modern textile industry. It achieves high-precision control of
textile machinery movement through the collaborative work of servo
motors, drivers, controllers, and feedback devices.
1. Core Components
- Servo motor: Adopting permanent magnet synchronous motors or asynchronous
motors, with high speed, high torque density, and fast response
characteristics, it can adapt to the high-speed and high-precision
motion requirements of packaging machinery.
Driver: Responsible for converting control signals into motor drive
signals, supporting three control modes: position, speed, and
torque, and possessing functions such as overload protection and
fault diagnosis.
Controller: Based on PLC or dedicated motion control chips, achieve multi
axis collaborative control, trajectory planning, and process
parameter adjustment, and support fieldbus communication (such as
EtherCAT, CANopen).
Feedback device: Using encoders (such as photoelectric encoders, magnetic
encoders) or rotary transformers to provide real-time feedback on
motor position and speed information, forming a closed-loop
control.
2. Key Features
- High precision control: Through closed-loop feedback and advanced control algorithms, a
position accuracy of ± 0.01mm and a speed accuracy of ± 1rpm are
achieved, meeting the stringent requirements of packaging machinery
for parameters such as film tension, packaging bag length, and
sealing position.
Fast dynamic response: The response time of the servo system is usually less than 5ms,
which can quickly adjust the motor speed and torque, and adapt to
the frequent start stop and acceleration/deceleration requirements
in the packaging process.
Energy saving and efficient: By adopting vector control and weak magnetic control technology,
the motor efficiency can reach over 95%, significantly reducing
energy consumption.
3. Applications
- Pillow type packaging machine
Film feeding control: The servo system drives the film feeding
motor to ensure stable film tension and avoid wrinkles or breakage
of the packaging bag.
Sealing control: The horizontal and vertical sealing mechanisms are
driven by servo motors to achieve precise control of sealing
temperature and pressure, ensuring a firm and aesthetically
pleasing seal.
Cutting control: The servo system controls the position and speed
of the cutting blade, achieving precise cutting of packaging bags
and reducing material waste.
Vertical packaging machine
Measurement filling: The servo system drives the measuring device
to ensure precise control of the material filling amount and
improve packaging accuracy.
Bag molding control: The molding machine is driven by a servo motor
to achieve rapid molding and stable transportation of packaging
bags.
Shrink packaging machine
Heat sealing control: The servo system drives the heat sealing
