ZF-D200 Series Textile Machinery Servo Drive Systems
The servo system of textile machinery is one of the core
technologies for achieving efficient and precise production in
modern textile industry. It achieves high-precision control of
textile machinery movement through the collaborative work of servo
motors, drivers, controllers, and feedback devices.
1. Core Components
- Servo Motor: Adopting permanent magnet synchronous motors or asynchronous
motors, with high speed, high torque density, and fast response
characteristics, it can adapt to the high-speed and high-precision
motion requirements of textile machinery.
Driver: Responsible for converting control signals into motor drive
signals, supporting three control modes: position, speed, and
torque, and possessing functions such as overload protection and
fault diagnosis.
Controller: Based on PLC or dedicated motion control chips, achieve multi
axis collaborative control, trajectory planning, and process
parameter adjustment, and support fieldbus communication (such as
EtherCAT, CANopen).
Feedback device: Using encoders (such as photoelectric encoders, magnetic
encoders) or rotary transformers to provide real-time feedback on
motor position and speed information, forming a closed-loop
control.
2. Key Features
- High precision control: Through closed-loop feedback and advanced control algorithms, a
position accuracy of ± 0.01mm and a speed accuracy of ± 1rpm are
achieved, meeting the stringent requirements of textile machinery
for parameters such as yarn tension and fabric density.
Fast dynamic response: The response time of the servo system is usually less than 5ms,
which can quickly adjust the motor speed and torque, and adapt to
the frequent start stop and acceleration/deceleration requirements
in textile technology.
Energy saving and efficient: By adopting vector control and weak magnetic control technology,
the motor efficiency can reach over 95%, significantly reducing
energy consumption.
Reliability: Having a protection level of IP54 or above, suitable for high
temperature, high humidity, and dusty environments in textile
workshops; The driver has built-in protection functions such as
overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, and overheating.
3. Applications
- Spinning equipment
Spinning machine: precise control of yarn density is achieved by
controlling the spindle speed and roller drawing through a servo
system.
Drawing machine: using servo motors to drive the pressure roller
and loop bar, optimizing the uniformity and weight deviation of the
cotton strip.
Weaving equipment
Rapier loom: The servo system drives the weft insertion rapier and
warp feeding mechanism to improve the accuracy of fabric weft
density and weaving efficiency.
Jet loom: By servo controlling the air pressure of the main nozzle
and auxiliary nozzle, high-speed and low-energy weaving is
achieved.
Printing and dyeing equipment
Dyeing machine: The servo system controls the dye circulation pump
and fabric transmission roller to ensure dyeing uniformity and
color fastness.
Forming machine: It uses servo motors to drive the oven air door
and roller pressure, achieving fabric size stability and hand feel
optimization.
Knitting equipment
Circular knitting machine: The servo system controls the needle
triangle and yarn feeding mechanism to improve the density and
pattern accuracy of knitted fabrics.
Warp knitting machine: It drives the comb and jacquard device
through servo motors to achieve high-speed weaving of complex
patterns.
