Frequency Drive
The dedicated frequency converter for cement ball mills is a
high-performance speed control device developed by our company for
the load characteristics of ball mills in the cement industry. It
achieves precise adjustment of motor speed through vector control
or VF control technology, and has functions such as high torque
output, energy saving and consumption reduction, intelligent
protection, etc., significantly improving the operating efficiency
of ball mills and reducing maintenance costs.
FEATURES
- High Torque Output
When starting the cement ball mill, it is necessary to overcome
large inertia loads. A dedicated frequency converter can provide
150% -200% of the rated torque at low frequencies (such as 5Hz) to
meet the requirements of heavy-duty starting. - Vector Control and VF control
Adopting vector control (SVC) or VF control mode, the former
achieves decoupling of magnetic flux and torque through coordinate
transformation, with fast dynamic response; The latter has a simple
structure and is suitable for scenarios that do not require high
speed regulation accuracy. - Multi Speed Operation
Support 3-32 speed settings, users can flexibly adjust the ball
mill speed according to process requirements to optimize grinding
efficiency. - Intelligent Protection Function
Integrate overload, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage,

Precautions
- Parameter debugging: It is necessary to perform self-tuning

strengthen heat dissipation (such as air duct optimization and
forced air cooling) to avoid high temperature alarms.
- Harmonic control: High power frequency converters need to be
equipped with reactors or filters to reduce harmonic pollution to
the power grid.
