ACI Vector Control Blower Variable Frequency Converter
Vector Control Blower Variable Frequency Converter is a device that
combines vector control technology and frequency conversion
technology to drive loads such as fans, achieving efficient and
accurate motor control.
Working Principle
- Field Oriented Control (FOC)
By using coordinate transformations such as Clarke transform and
Park transform, the stator current of a three-phase AC motor is
decomposed into torque and magnetic flux components, achieving
independent control of the motor's magnetic field and torque.
Simulate the control method of DC motors to enable AC motors to
have similar dynamic performance and speed range as DC motors. - Frequency Conversion technology
By changing the output frequency and voltage, adjusting the motor
speed, and adapting to different working conditions.
Combined with vector control, more precise torque and speed control
can be achieved, especially maintaining high torque output at low
speeds.
