ZF-BP Series Vector Control High Voltage Variable Frequency Drive
Vector control high-voltage VFD is a high-voltage power conversion
equipment based on vector control technology, widely used in the
industrial field. By accurately controlling the torque and magnetic
flux of the motor, it achieves efficient and stable operation.
Working Principle
- Vector Control
The core of vector control is to decompose the stator current of an
AC motor into torque and magnetic flux components, and achieve
decoupling control of motor torque and magnetic flux by
independently controlling these two components. This control method
enables AC motors to have dynamic performance similar to DC motors,
significantly improving speed regulation accuracy and response
speed. - Coordinate Transformation
By using Clarke transform and Park transform, the current in the
three-phase stationary coordinate system is converted into the DC
component in the two-phase rotating coordinate system, simplifying
the control algorithm and improving control accuracy. - Closed Loop
By combining speed sensors (such as encoders) or sensorless
technology, real-time feedback of motor operating status is
provided to form a closed-loop control system, ensuring precise
control of output torque and speed.
