ZF310 series Vector Control Low Voltage variable frequency drive
Vector control low-voltage inverter is a type of low-voltage
inverter that uses vector control technology to achieve
high-performance speed regulation of motors. Its core lies in the
vector decomposition and independent control of the motor stator
current, thereby achieving decoupling control of motor torque and
magnetic flux.
Technical Principles
Field Oriented Control (FOC) is based on motor equivalent circuit
and coordinate transformation theory, which decomposes the stator
current vector of a three-phase AC motor into excitation current
component and torque current component, and performs independent
control separately. The specific steps are as follows:
- Coordinate transformation: Convert the current in a three-phase
stationary coordinate system to a two-phase stationary coordinate
system (α - β) through a 3/2 transformation, and then convert it to
a two-phase rotating coordinate system (d-q) through a Park
transformation.
- Decoupling control: In the d-q coordinate system, the excitation
current component (Id) controls the magnetic flux, and the torque
current component (Iq) controls the torque, achieving independent
adjustment of magnetic flux and torque.
- Inverter control: Generate three-phase AC power through pulse width
modulation (PWM) technology to drive the motor to operate.
