Intelligent control of the future, green world -ZFeng VFD, making every kilowatt hour of electricity more valuable
When energy conservation becomes a responsibility, we use technology to fulfill our promises
Under the dual challenges of energy crisis and environmental
protection, ZFeng frequency drive injects green power into
industrial production driven by innovative technology. We deeply
understand that the energy-saving optimization of every motor is a
safeguard for the future of the earth; Every precise regulation of
energy is a commitment to sustainable development.
Whether it is energy-saving renovation of fans and pumps, or precision control in industries such as textiles, chemicals, and machinery manufacturing, ZFeng frequency drives can provide customized solutions to help enterprises achieve green transformation.
The core principle of energy conservation and emission reduction lies in on-demand power supply, avoiding energy waste under traditional start-up methods, and optimizing equipment operating efficiency
Traditional operating mode: The motor usually runs at a fixed
speed. When the load demand decreases (such as the flow demand of
fans or pumps), the system limits the flow by adjusting valves or
dampers, but the motor still runs at full speed, resulting in a
large amount of energy being consumed by the resistance of the
valves or dampers.
Variable frequency drive control: The variable frequency drive
dynamically adjusts the motor speed according to the actual load
requirements, so that the motor runs at the lowest speed while
meeting the process requirements, thereby reducing energy waste.
Traditional starting method: When the motor is directly started,
the starting current is usually 4-7 times the rated current, which
has an impact on the power grid and the motor itself, increasing
energy loss.
Inverter startup: The inverter accelerates the motor smoothly,
limiting the starting current to 1.2-1.5 times the rated current,
reducing energy loss and impact on the power grid during the
startup process.
Efficiency curve: The efficiency of the motor varies at different
speeds, and is usually highest near the rated speed. The frequency
converter adjusts the speed to operate the motor in the
high-efficiency zone, improving overall efficiency.
Power factor compensation: The frequency converter has a built-in
power factor correction function, which can improve the power
factor on the grid side and reduce reactive power loss.
Regenerative braking: During motor deceleration or braking, the frequency converter can convert the kinetic energy of the motor into electrical energy and feed it back to the power grid, reducing energy waste.
