ZFeng 900 Series 7.5Kw-T General Vector Variable Frequency Drive
The ZFeng 900 series variable frequency drive developed by our
company has multiple control methods such as torque and speed. By
utilizing the vector frequency conversion control technology of the
frequency converter, ordinary motors can also achieve various
capabilities such as stepless speed regulation, soft start and soft
stop, instant start and stop, and non-stop power outage, greatly
improving motor response speed, enhancing motor energy efficiency,
extending equipment life, and meeting users' needs for production
processes

winding and high-speed rewinding processes of textile winding
machines.

- Light load continuous operation: For ordinary fans, an economical
V/F control frequency converter can be selected.
- Heavy duty/high-precision scenarios: such as injection molding
machines and CNC machine tools, prioritize models that support
closed-loop vector control.
- Special environment: ATEX certified products are required for
explosion-proof applications, and independent heat dissipation
modules are required for high-temperature environments.
Installation and maintenance recommendations
- Environmental requirements: dry, ventilated, avoid direct sunlight,
recommended working temperature -10 ℃~50 ℃.
- Wiring specifications: Strictly distinguish between the main
circuit and the control circuit, with a grounding resistance of ≤ 4
Ω.
- Regular maintenance: Clean the dust accumulation on the heat sink
every 6 months, check the status of the capacitor, and backup
parameter settings.
