• Ultimate control accuracy:By decomposing the motor current into excitation current and torque current, decoupling control of magnetic field and torque is achieved, and the speed/torque control accuracy can reach ± 0.05%, far exceeding the ± 2% -5% of traditional V/F control frequency converters.
• Efficient and energy-saving: Adjust the output voltage and frequency in real-time according to the load, so that the motor always runs at the optimal efficiency point.
• Low speed and high torque output: Output 150% of the rated torque during 0Hz, solving the problem of insufficient low-frequency torque in ordinary frequency converters; When lifting heavy loads with a crane, there is no need to configure a hydraulic coupling, and a soft start can be made directly to reduce mechanical impact.

Installation and maintenance recommendations

• Environmental requirements: dry, ventilated, avoid direct sunlight, recommended working temperature -10 ℃~50 ℃.
• Wiring specifications: Strictly distinguish between the main circuit and the control circuit, with a grounding resistance of ≤ 4 Ω.
• Regular maintenance: Clean the dust accumulation on the heat sink every 6 months, check the status of the capacitor, and backup parameter settings.
