for precision machining scenarios
Centered on "plug-and-play + scenario adaptation", the SL Series
Iron-Core Linear Motor features operation methods closely aligned
with its application fields, as detailed below:
- Precision Machining Scenarios: Mount the motor on the power execution end of the equipment,
connect it to the control system via simple wiring, and it can
adapt to the machining process without complex debugging. During
operation, relying on stable power output and matching the precise
movement requirements of the equipment, it realizes various fine
machining operations, suitable for the power upgrade of multiple
types of machining equipment.
- Semiconductor/Electronic Manufacturing Scenarios: Directly fix it to the equipment's transmission mechanism in
cleanroom environments. With its jitter-free operation performance,
it smoothly completes material transfer, component assembly and
other operations, and can be continuously put into production
without frequent maintenance.
- Automated Handling Scenarios: Assemble it in the drive unit of manipulators or conveying
equipment, quickly connect to the automated control system. Through
flexible start-stop response, it adapts to the transfer needs of
light and heavy loads, and can be directly integrated into the
material flow links of various production lines.
- Medical Device Scenarios: Flexibly arrange it according to the equipment's installation
