High Rigidity: It has good rigidity and can withstand certain

Low friction: Internally, it generally adopts a rolling bearing or
sliding bearing structure. The friction coefficient between the
rolling elements or sliders and the linear shaft is relatively
small, enabling smooth linear motion, reducing energy loss and
wear, and improving transmission efficiency
Matters Need Attention
Ensure installation accuracy: When installing, it is necessary to
strictly follow the requirements of the instruction manual to
ensure that the parallelism and perpendicularity between the
installation reference surface of the linear shaft support base and
the axis of the linear shaft are within the specified range.
Otherwise, it will cause uneven stress on the linear shaft, affect
the motion accuracy, and even accelerate the wear of components.
For example, on a high-precision automated production line, a
slight deviation in installation accuracy may lead to a decline in
product quality.
