This product is a 30D ultra-fine denier polyester filament specifically designed for weaving high-density, high-quality fabrics. Its extremely fine filament denier gives the final fabric an exceptionally soft and smooth hand feel and elegant drape. The microfiber structure, achieved through precision spinning technology, effectively reduces gaps between the warp and weft threads of the fabric, enabling higher fabric density and excellent wind resistance and down-proof performance. The finished fabric boasts a fine texture and a smooth surface, making it an ideal material for producing high-end down jackets, outdoor sportswear, luxury bedding, and sophisticated fashion garments.
