Ks3000-80-cz4, By filtering moisture and particles from natural
air, dry air with a moisture content of less than 30ppm (v) can be
produced.
The flow rate of dry air can be selected as needed.
This device can be used to provide air source for air insulated
cabinets.
The device can also provide dry air to flush the gas insulated
cabinet instead of high-purity nitrogen.
The device also has a vacuum pumping function and can expand the
vacuum pump as needed.
The equipment includes a silent compressor, moisture filtration
device, drying activation device, pressure adjustable system, and
exhaust pipe. The equipment also includes a vacuum pump, anti
reflux device, and pipelines. The device can also be equipped with
an online micro water testing sensor (optional, model:
KS3000-80-CZ4-WS), mainly used to determine whether the device
needs to be activated.
Can be configured as fully automatic or manual according to
requirements;
Main parameters:
Compressor: flow rate of 80L/min (optional).
Pressure adjustable system: can provide any adjustable value within
the range of 0.1-6.0 Mpa, and can set low pressure and fluctuation
range.
For example, for a certain customer, the low pressure is 0.12 Mpa
and the fluctuation range is 0.02 Mpa. When the output air pressure
is greater than 0.14Mpa, the compressor stops running, and when the
pressure is lower than 0.12Mpa, the compressor starts.
Drying and activation device: If the micro water value of the
outlet gas exceeds the required value, remove the gas outlet
pipeline, open the gas outlet valve, start the drying and
activation device, and set the time to 30 minutes. After 30
minutes, the adsorbent returns to its initial state. According to
testing, one regeneration can provide approximately 15m ³ of
qualified dry air.
Moisture filtration device: After multiple improvements to the
solution, the trace water in the outlet gas can be effectively
controlled at 30-50ppmv under the condition of 70% humidity in the
inlet environment.
Vacuum pump: 15m ³/h.
