Infrared Dual-Wavenumber Digital Display Quantitative Leak Detector

This device adopts the detection principle of dual-wave
non-dispersive infrared spectroscopy, featuring portability for
hand-held use, user-friendly operation, stable performance, and
quantitative display.
This device is a portable and simple quantitative leak detector
developed for the outdoor inspection or leak detection of
gas-filled equipment such as SF6 gas-insulated switchgear (GIS),
ring main units, and SF6 circuit breakers. Its highest sensitivity
can reach 0.1ppm. High-concentration SF6 gas or pure SF6 gas will
not cause the device to be "poisoned".
This device can be applied to SF6 and other halogen gases. However,
since it has not been precisely calibrated, when detecting other
halogen gases, it can only be used for qualitative detection.
Product Features:
- Display the instant concentration with precise numerical values,
and simultaneously display the voltage of the lithium battery.
- The buzzer will prompt the change in concentration at the same
time.
- It is equipped with a large-capacity built-in lithium battery,
which can be continuously used for more than 8 hours after a single
charge.
- There is no cross-sensitivity to other gases, and no poisoning
phenomenon will occur.
- The air pump is manually controlled, effectively increasing the
service life of the membrane pump.
- It is equipped with a self-developed pm1.0-2.5 sensor particle
filter (protective cover assembly), which effectively improves the
stability of the equipment and the service life of the sensor.
- The imported infrared sensor has a service life of up to 10 years.
- Automatically correct the zero-point drift.
