Hunan Victory Paper and Plastic Packing Co.,Ltd was founded in 1996, is a company integrated with design, manufacture and sale for paper cups, located in Huanghua Industrial zone, Changsha County, Hunan province. Our plant covers an area of more than 20000 square meters and currently has about 200 employees.
