Hunan Victory Paper and Plastic Packing Co.,Ltd was founded in 1996, is a company integrated with design, manufacture and sale for paper cups, located in Huanghua Industrial zone, Changsha County, Hunan province. Our plant covers an area of more than 20000 square meters and currently has about 200 employees. There is a professional technical research and management team, mainly producing and selling disposable paper cups, paper bowls, plastic cups, milk tea cups, coffee cups, and other eco-friendly food packaging containers.

After more than 20 years of development, "Weikeqi" has won a good reputation in Hunan, which have about 100 production lines including 75 paper cups lines, 15 plastic cups lines and 10 paper bowls lines, supporting flexo printing machine, automatic die-cutting machine, automatic cup inspection machine, automatic edge rolling machine and other advanced equipment. We have built the first-class production workshop of 100,000-level purification paper cup in China. The paper cup foaming technology and PLA plant extraction technology used in research and development have reached the leading level in China.
