The inlet end of the pipeline is blocked and air is inhaled;
Reverse connection of import and export pipeline;
Pump motor reversal or motor and pump shaft wear;
The oil used does not conform to the specifications or the level of the oil tank is lower than the lower limit;
The oil-water filter is blocked or the oil-water floating pressure ball is faulty;
Laser cutting machine water chiller fault solution:
Check and clean the oil circuit and tighten the pipeline;
Check that the import and export directions are correctly connected;
Updating the pump motor; Switch the red and white lines under the cumulative thermoelectric relay (51P);
As described in the instruction manual, select the compound oil and check whether the liquid level of the oil tank is normal;
Try to replace or clean the filter and try to replace the pressure float detection switch.
