Precautions for use
Installation and commissioning requirements
Ensure that the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil meets the NAS 1638
standard (recommended level 7-9). Before installation, the pipeline
needs to be cleaned and a high-precision filter needs to be
installed to prevent particulate impurities from damaging the valve
core;
During commissioning, the pressure needs to be increased gradually
to avoid direct loading of peak pressure (rated pressure ≤ 275bar)
to prevent deformation or failure of the seal.
Operation and maintenance specifications
Regularly check the sealing of the valve body and the state of the
solenoid coil to prevent leakage or electrical failure; avoid
frequent switching of flow direction (switching frequency ≤ 60
times/minute) to extend the life;
During maintenance, it is prohibited to disassemble or adjust
internal parameters privately, and it must be operated by
professionals. In an emergency, it can be temporarily unlocked
through the manual emergency function.
System compatibility and aging management
The priority valve needs to be integrated with a matching control
system (such as PLC) to avoid response delays caused by interface
incompatibility;
Before long-term deactivation, the residual oil needs to be drained
to prevent internal corrosion; and the seals need to be replaced
regularly (it is recommended to be checked every 500 hours) to
maintain performance.
