‌Efficient output and bidirectional power‌

The double-acting design alternately supplies air on both sides of the piston to achieve bidirectional output thrust (maximum pressure 12 bar), which is suitable for frequent reciprocating motion scenarios (such as stamping, material handling);

The thrust range covers 50~2000 N, supports precise adjustment of stroke (minimum 10 mm), and the repeatability accuracy reaches ±0.1 mm.

‌Installation specifications‌

It is necessary to ensure that the cylinder axis is consistent with the direction of load movement to avoid lateral force causing piston rod bending or seal wear; the mounting bracket must be firmly fixed to prevent vibration deviation;

Clean the gas pipeline thoroughly before installation. It is recommended to use a 50 μm precision filter to prevent particulate impurities from entering the cylinder body.

‌Air source and working condition adaptation‌

It is recommended that the compressed air pressure be stable at 6~8 bar. A pressure reducing valve should be configured for overpressure use; high temperature resistant seals should be selected for high temperature environment (＞50℃);

Double-acting cylinders should be equipped with three-position five-way solenoid valves to ensure stable two-way air supply and avoid motion jamming caused by air supply delay.

‌Operation and maintenance‌

Lubrication management: Use Norgren special grease (such as ISO VG32) and apply it to the piston rod surface once a week. If it is not used for a long time, the air path needs to be exhausted and anti-rust oil needs to be applied;

Regularly check the sealing: After pressurizing to the rated value, use soapy water to detect interface leakage. If the leakage exceeds 0.5 L/min, the sealing ring needs to be replaced.

‌Safety and fault prevention‌

Buffer adjustment: Adjust the buffer strength through the throttle valve (such as RTSC series) to prevent the piston from hitting the end cover;

after adjustment, it is necessary to test the no-load operation for 5~10 times to verify the effect;

Overload protection: The opening and closing torque does not exceed 240 N·m. The kinetic energy output needs to be limited (≤1.5 J) in the impact scene to prevent the pull rod from deformation or thread damage.
