‌Installation and startup requirements‌

The oil cleanliness must meet the NAS 1638 standard (recommended level 7-9). The pipeline must be pre-cleaned and a filter must be installed before installation to prevent impurities from damaging the bearings;

The first startup requires power preheating to avoid hydraulic shock; the residual oil in the system should be drained before long-term shutdown to prevent internal corrosion.

‌Operation and maintenance specifications‌

It is prohibited to operate overload (maximum pressure ≤275bar) to avoid bearing overheating or seal failure;

Regularly check the bearing wear (recommended maintenance every 500 hours), replace aging seals; follow the manufacturer's manual for lubrication and heat dissipation management.

Avoid reverse installation or frequent switching of flow direction (single solenoid valve switching frequency recommended ≤60 times/minute);
