The 002S005A-0110-01 2S lithium battery protection board is a
high-performance safety solution engineered specifically for
2-series (2S) lithium-ion and lithium-polymer battery packs,
delivering reliable protection for mid-power electronic devices. As
a dedicated 2S module, it’s optimized for battery packs with a
nominal voltage of 7.4V (3.7V per cell), making it a critical
component for maintaining battery integrity and device safety.

At its core, this protection board integrates a comprehensive suite
of safety mechanisms to guard against common battery hazards. It
features precise overcharge protection (triggering at 4.25V when
cells exceed safe voltage to prevent swelling or thermal runaway),
over-discharge protection (activating at 2.5V to avoid irreversible
cell damage from deep discharge), and robust over-current
protection (supporting a continuous current of 5A, with a 20A
short-circuit cutoff to shield against excessive load or accidental
shorts). Additionally, built-in over-temperature protection (65℃
threshold) ensures shutdown during extreme heat, while reverse
polarity protection prevents damage from incorrect wiring.

Crafted with premium components, the 002S005A-0110-01 utilizes a
high-precision protection IC for real-time voltage/current
monitoring, paired with dual MOSFETs (charge and discharge control)
