2. Do you have MOQ?
Re: No limitation, we will check the best price for you based on
your order quantity. We warmly welcome sample order to test our
quality before bulk order.
3. What’s the warranty? How can we guarantee quality?
Re: Normally will be 12 months, for some special products can be
further negotiated accordingly. A complete production process to
ensure the quality before shipment.
4. What’s the lead time?
Re: Standard products: sample order will be 3~4 weeks based on the
battery cell in stock, 5~8 weeks for bulk order according to
different models and quantity.
5. Can we have our own Logo on the battery pack? Can you accept
customized battery?
