Customized Paper Food Conveyor Bag Process

1.Define the End-use: Confirm what type of food the bag will be used for (e.g., bread, burgers, fried food, pastries).

2.Determine Bag Style and Dimensions: Confirm the specific bag style required by the customer (e.g., flat-bottom gusset bag, pinch-bottom bag), opening style, presence of handles, and precise length, width, and bottom depth.

3.Confirm Quantity and Budget: Understand the customer's order quantity and target unit price to provide the most cost-effective solution.

4.Confirm Delivery Timeline: Clarify the customer's expected delivery date and assess if the production lead time is feasible.

FAQ

Q1: How you guarantee your products, any standards?

A: Our company have 8 enterprise standards, involving paper bags, paper boxes, paper straws, hamburger paper, plate paper, etc. We are leading revision unit of QB/T 4379-2019 "Industry Standard for Portable Paper Bags".

Q2: How you test your products?

A: We have Physics Lab,Microbiology Laboratory, Chemical Analysis Laboratory, Simulation Lab, we will arrange testing for all orders. If needed, third party testing also accept, we will send sample for testing according to customer’s requirement.

Q3: How you manage your production control?

A: 12 tests are required during the production of our paper bags, include Ink PH value, printing first piece, printing sample per roll, friction resistance test, water splash resistance test, bag making first piece, drop test, static load test, dynamic lifting test, tension test, swing test, high and low temperature test.

Q4: How many kilograms can your bags carry?

A: It depends on the bag material. For virgin paper bags, normally up to 10KGS, recycled bags normally around 5KGS.

Q5: What’s your printing type?

A: Our machine is flexo printing machine, we use water based ink for printing, which is eco-friendly.
