1. Deep Cleaning System via Cavitation Effect

Utilizes 28kHz±0.5% precise frequency control technology to generate over 3 million cavitation bubbles per second, with an impact force of up to 50MPa. This effectively peels off stubborn dirt ≥5μm on metal surfaces. The bottom arc-shaped flow guide groove design creates a 360° circulating eddy current in the cleaning solution, eliminating the cleaning blind spots of traditional flat tanks. For example, in cleaning automotive engine fuel injectors, it can remove carbon deposits in 0.2mm internal pores, improving cleanliness by 8 times compared to manual brushing, meeting the VDA 19.1 level of ISO 16232-10 standards.

2. All-Stainless-Steel Weather-Resistant Structure

Both the machine body and cleaning tank are made of 3mm thick SUS304 stainless steel (compliant with ASTM A240 standards), formed through 12 bending and welding processes. The acid and alkali corrosion resistance is 40% higher than ordinary stainless steel.
