The tester is according to theISO9185-2007 .This International Standard specifies a method for assessing the heat penetration resistance of materials intended for use in clothing to protect against large splashes of molten metal. It provides specific procedures for assessing the effects of splashes of molten aluminium, molten cryolite, molten copper, molten iron and molten mild steel.

1. The equipment consists of a control box, a test stand, and a crucible;

2. Crucible, 97mm high, 80mm top diameter, 56mm bottom diameter, 190ml capacity;

3. Thermocouple, temperature range 0-1800℃, measures molten metal temperature;

4. The test stand is equipped with an automatic flip device, the flip speed and angle are controlled by a stepper motor;

5. The specimen installation angle can be Adjustment;

6. Equipped with adjustment device and ruler, which can conveniently and accurately adjust the pouring height;

7. Equipped with clamps, which are convenient for grabbing, moving and installing crucibles;

8. The bottom of the test stand is equipped with a splash metal collection device;

9. Metal high-frequency melting furnace (optional), the melting temperature can reach 1800~2000℃;

10. The melting furnace adopts high-frequency induction heating technology;

11. Imported IGBT power controller;

12. The equipment control system adopts programmable logic controller automatic control;

13. The human-machine interface adopts a 7-inch touch screen, which is simple and easy to use.
