ISO 5660 Cone Calorimeter Product introduction:
Heat release rate is a key performance indicator for evaluating the fire hazard of materials and products. As an internationally used test equipment, the cone calorimeter fully complies with the current major fire test standards and specifications (including ISO 5660 series, ASTM E1354, ASTM E1474, ASTM E1740, ASTM F1550, ASTM D6113, NFPA 264, CAN/ULC-S135 and BS 476-15, etc.). Its test principle is based on the basic thermochemical law of oxygen consumption method: there is a quantitative relationship between the heat released by material combustion and the oxygen consumption, and each kilogram of oxygen consumed corresponds to the release of approximately 13.1 megajoules of heat. During the test, the instrument accurately monitors a number of key parameters: real-time heat release rate, ignition time, oxygen concentration changes, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide production rates, smoke generation and exhaust flow, etc. These data together constitute a complete evaluation system for the combustion characteristics of the material.

Ignition system:
1. 10kV spark igniter, equipped with a safety stop device. The
igniter is automatically positioned by a lever connected to the
closing mechanism

module, and constant temperature adjustment is performed through
programmable controller control;
3. Signal acquisition and processing module is linked with air
volume circuit control module, and preset wind speed is
intelligently adjusted through programmable controller logic
calculation output;
4. The system provides query function. The system automatically
stores the number, temperature curve and data of the test sample
into the database in the system; and the number of the sample being
tested, test date, etc. can be entered for query.
