Full Face Mask Thermal Radiation Tester Introduction:
The full-face mask heat radiation resistance tester is suitable for
the full-face mask radiation resistance performance test in the
EN136 standard. Its test purpose is to test whether the mask will
cause protection failure after being exposed to a standard heat
radiation source for a standard test time.

Full Face Mask Thermal Radiation Tester Feature:
• The box body is spray-painted and beautiful; all tooling is made
of stainless steel, which is beautiful and corrosion-resistant;
• Imported flow control valve, precise control of gas flow; precise
control of flame height 40mm±2mm;
• Imported brand pressure gauges and pressure regulating valves
• Inlet needle valve controls the air flow rate supplied to the
burner;
• PLC plus touch screen intelligent control system; the test
interface is simple and easy to operate;
•The system automatically times and heat data is automatically
recorded and stored;
• Various test reports are stored independently and can be
retrieved freely;
• Computer control system, automatic timing, automatic recording
and storage of heat data;
• Metal head mold, heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant;
• The distance between the radiation source and the metal head mold
is 175mm, and the H.R.R at this position is 7.0~9.0 kW/m2
• Heat flow meter imported from the United States accurately
detects radiated heat;
• Temperature controller controls the heat release rate of the
thermal radiation device (resolution: 0.1kW/m2)
• The radiant baffle is freely extracted and placed.
• The headform moving base is designed with slide rails for easy
movement.
• Respiratory device: During the test, artificial respiration can
be performed; the artificial respiration device works 10-30 times
per minute, 1.0~2.5 L per circle;
