Fabric Flame Test Chamber
The 45-degree flammability tester is a device designed to evaluate
the combustion characteristics of materials. It is mainly used for
testing the combustion performance of textiles and refractory
materials. The device determines whether the flame retardant
performance of the material meets international standards by
measuring the intensity of combustion, damaged area, damaged
length, and number of times of contact with flames when the sample
is tilted at 45 degrees.
Combustion characteristic analysis: Evaluate the flame retardant performance by measuring the
intensity, speed, damage area and damage length of the sample after
it comes into contact with the flame. (45-degree burning rate

Destruction parameter determination: Record the damage area and damage length of the sample at 45
degrees, as well as the number of times it comes into contact with
the flame when it is heated and melted to a specified length.

45-degree flammability tester: includes an airflow-proof ventilation chamber, a standard ignition
tool, a sample rack and an automatic timing device, which are used
to control the experimental environment and record data.
Brushing device: consists of a base plate and a trolley, which is used to pre-treat
the sample surface to ensure the consistency of the test
conditions.
Feature:
- The chamber is made of all stainless steel, which is
corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.
- The imported needle valve adjusts the flame height to 16mm.
- It is equipped with an imported brand pressure gauge and a pressure
regulating valve that can display the gas pressure.
- The heat-resistant glass door makes it easy to observe the internal
test status.
- Provide a power switch to cut off the power supply.
- The timer automatically counts, with a resolution of 0.1s, with a
timing reminder function.
- The start switch is used to start the test, and the afterburning
time is automatically counted.
- The micro switch automatically records the end time of the test.
- The instrument control system makes the test more automated.
- The burning rate is automatically calculated and stored.
- Equipped with a standard customized brush device, all stainless
steel materials. The brush applies a pressure of 150g to the
sample.
- Each brush cluster has 20 pieces, a diameter of 0.41, 4 clusters
per 25mm, and a length of 19mm.
- Customized stainless steel flame height scale 16mm.
- 4-1/4 stainless steel injection needle.
