IEC 60332 Bunched Cable Vertical Combustion Tester
Product Description:
The Bunched Cable Vertical Combustion Tester is a device designed
for testing the vertical flame propagation performance of
vertically installed bundled wires or cables under flame
conditions. The equipment strictly follows the IEC60332-3-10:2009
standard to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test
results. It is suitable for evaluating the flame retardant
performance of wires and cables under fire conditions and is widely
used in the wire and cable manufacturing industry. The equipment
uses a stainless steel test box with an internal size of 1000mm (W)
× 2000mm (D) × 4000mm (H), equipped with mineral wool insulation
material to ensure a stable test environment.

- Internal Dimensions of Stainless Steel Test Chamber: 1,000(W) *
2,000(D) * 4,000(H)mm, supplemented with insulating mineral wool

- At the lower section of the test chamber, there is an 800(W) *
400(D) sized hole at the 150mm position from the front side of the
chamber to supply the air.
- Cross-sectional Area of Intake Pipe: 240cm².
- Air Inflow: 5000 ± 500L/min; equipped with wind speed sensor
detection.

- Two sets of banding standard propane burner devices.
- Two sets of venturi gas mixing devices.
- Pressure gauge and pressure-reducing valve device, which can adjust
propane and air pressure to 0.1 MPa.
- Control and Regulation of Air Source: Air Flow is Rotor Flowmeter:
10 ~ 100L/min (adjustable); Propane Flow is Rotor Flowmeter 2 ~
20L/min (adjustable).
- Equipped with a ball valve to manually shut off the air source.
- Set flame test time automatically, and by then the air source can
be cut off automatically.
- The inner wall of the chamber is equipped with a thermocouple to
display the internal temperature of the chamber.
- The top of the chamber is equipped with a forced fire-extinguishing
sprinkler device.
- The upper part of the sample steel ladder is equipped with an
automatic hoisting device.
