Automatic Horizontal and Vertical Flame Tester UL 94
Production introduction:
The GD-UL94 Horizontal Vertical Flame Test Chamber is designed to
meet multiple international standards, including UL94, IEC
60695-11-10, and ISO 1210. This chamber is perfect for testing the
flammability performance of materials used in equipment and
appliances. With its large 0.55m³ test box, it ensures sufficient
air supply for accurate testing. The chamber features a
corrosion-resistant, black-painted interior and a large glass
observation window for easy combustion process monitoring. Its
ergonomic design and 304 stainless steel clamps make it
user-friendly and durable. Whether you need to perform horizontal
or vertical burning tests, the GD-UL94 offers precise flame height
control and automated timing, making it an essential tool for

Cabinet and fixture features:
- The chamber features a large test box with dimensions of 1200mm x
600mm x 1300mm, providing ample space for testing.
- The interior of the chamber is painted black to resist corrosion
and meet standard testing requirements.
- It includes a large glass observation window for easy monitoring of
the combustion process.
- The chamber is constructed with 304 stainless steel clamps, which
are both corrosion-resistant and durable.
- The wedge-shaped bracket is designed to be freely retractable,
accommodating special material testing needs.
- The flame height scale is made of 304 stainless steel with an
accuracy of 0.5mm.
- The chamber features an ergonomic design with easy access to
samples and a burner tie rod for smooth operation.

Control system:
1. Programmable controller 7" touch screen to realize
control/detection/calculation/data display;
2. Pulse high voltage electronic automatic ignition.
3. Timing button with PLC to automatically record and store the
burning time.
4. Time timer detects the time when the flame reaches the 25, 100mm
mark line. Precision 0.1s, automatic timing;
5. No hand-held stopwatch or manuscript timing is required; The
test time system automatically records and generates the test
report;
