ISO 9239 Floor Covering Material Combustion Performance Tester Product Introduction:
The floor covering material combustion performance tester measures various floor covering materials, such as textile carpets, cork boards, wood boards, rubber boards, plastic floors and floor spray materials. The results can reflect the combustion performance of floor covering materials (including substrates). The test method is to ignite the floor covering materials placed horizontally and exposed to an inclined heat radiation field with a small flame in a test combustion box to evaluate the flame propagation ability of the material.

ISO 9239 Floor Covering Material Combustion Performance Tester Features:
1. The main components are imported, safe, reliable and have a long
service life;
2. The gas pipeline is reasonably arranged, equipped with gas
leakage and backfire devices. In case of gas leakage, the gas at
the inlet is automatically shut down and an alarm is prompted;
3. The temperature of the radiation plate can be automatically
adjusted, the propane gas supply is equipped with an imported mass
flow controller, and the air output is equipped with an independent
blower, which is automatically adjusted by frequency conversion
without manual operation;
4. During normal testing, the flame spread distance can be recorded
by the foot switch, without manual mouse clicks to operate the
computer;
5. The industrial all-in-one machine is used, which is convenient
and reliable to operate;
6. The advanced measurement and control software independently
developed using VB language is used to centrally control the
acquisition and processing of data analysis
