ASTM E 1461 LDR-II Transient Laser Thermal Conductivity Tester
Thermal Diffusivity Testing Machine
1.use
This instrument is suitable for measuring the thermal diffusivity
and thermal conductivity of high thermal conductivity solid
materials, such as metal, graphite, according to the national
standard GB/T 22588-2008 "flash method of measuring thermal
diffusivity or thermal conductivity", ASTM E 1461--2001 "flash
method of measuring thermal diffusivity test method". Test
principle: the thin sample is irradiated by high-intensity
short-time energy pulse, the front of the sample absorbs pulse
energy to increase the temperature of the back, and the temperature
change of the back is recorded. The time required for the
temperature of the back of the sample to rise to half of the
maximum value after receiving light pulse irradiation (also called
half-heating time) is used to quickly calculate the thermal
diffusivity α and thermal conductivity l by using a computer
through a special mathematical model.
The LDR-11 transient laser thermal conductivity measuring
instrument independently developed by our company has obtained the
national patent (Certificate number: 13751552), which is suitable
for the test of metal, graphite, graphene, silicon carbide and
other high thermal conductivity materials. It has the advantages of
fast measurement speed and accurate measurement results, and its
high cost performance meets the needs of production, quality
inspection and research and development in related industries
