Weight Test Machine
The vertical drop weight test device is designed and manufactured
according to IEC60068-2-75 (GB/T2325.55) standard, which is used
for the impact resistance test of household appliances and their
accessories or electronic and electrical products or accessories.
The hammer is composed of a basic impact element, the drop height
can be selected from the standard table 2, from the static state to
the horizontal surface of the sample. The characteristics of the
impact element shall conform to those specified in Table 1 of the
standard. The impact element may be guided by a tube with
negligible constraints. The guide tube should not be in contact
with the sample and can keep the hammer falling freely. To reduce
friction, the length of the impact element should not be less than
the diameter, with proper clearance from the tube.

Equipment installation and commissioning
1. Installation conditions of the equipment
The vertical drop hammer test device needs to be placed
horizontally, and the anchor screws need to be adjusted for the
first installation.
After adjusting the level, you need to tighten the anchor screw
anti-lock nut.
Installation distance from the wall: > 100mm is appropriate. For
safety, it is recommended to place in a corner position.
2. Debugging of equipment
Verify that the handwheel is installed and tightened.
Verify that the jig of the universal manipulator is moving
normally.
3. Select the corresponding impact element and conduit for the use
of the equipment. Please refer to relevant standards.
Catheter installation:
1, the upper part of the catheter is lower than the magnetic base
1-5πm.
2, the pipe is close to the type 1 card slot of the universal
manipulator fixture, and the handle is tightened.
3. Fine tune the jig of the universal manipulator so that the tube
faces vertically down.
4. Move the universal manipulator fixture, and the inner wall of
the catheter is tangent to the V mouth of the magnetic seat.
