I. Specifications and Quantity

1. Battery discharge testing equipment, each unit consists of * main channels (customizable according to requirements).

2. Each set of equipment includes discharge main channels, battery racks, battery connection lines, and battery clamps.

3. The battery clamps use crocodile clips, which can be applied to both cylindrical and pouch batteries.

II. Equipment Application Scope and Function Introduction

1. Equipment application scope: Mainly used in the discharge process during the recycling of single lithium-ion batteries.

2. Function introduction:

1) The entire set of equipment includes discharge equipment, battery racks, output lines, and battery clamps. The battery connection lines output by the discharge equipment are fixed according to the battery position and are welded to the battery clamps at the end, used to hold the battery tabs.

2) Each main channel can simultaneously connect 20 batteries. The batteries are connected in a single-channel parallel manner, and discharge starts and stops simultaneously. Each cabinet has 5 main channels, and each main channel operates independently.

3) Multiple batteries can be discharged through one channel. The optimized internal circuit can effectively avoid short circuits or reverse connections of a single battery or the uncontrollable discharge of all batteries connected in series.

4) Automatic equalization discharge of batteries within one channel can be completed. The discharge current of batteries with higher voltage automatically increases (up to 20A), and the discharge current of batteries with lower voltage automatically decreases. This enables the discharge of multiple batteries at a faster speed, and when the voltage of all batteries reaches the set termination value, the current stage stops, allowing the online discharge time of the batteries to be extended and achieving a more ideal discharge effect.

5) The voltage of all batteries can be collected and recorded, and the voltage of the same channel is automatically compared. It can dynamically display the number data of the highest and lowest voltage, making it easier to identify uncharged batteries.

6) The equipment in all channels is connected to the PC through communication lines, and the operation and stop of the equipment are controlled by the upper computer software. Detailed voltage readings of each battery can be viewed.

7) Before starting, the voltage of each single battery is checked. When the voltage of a battery at a certain terminal is "below 0.5V", the equipment defaults to no battery, and when the voltage is "above 0.5V", it defaults to having a battery. The battery with this number is set to an online state. When the number of online batteries is consistent with the set number, discharge operation begins. Otherwise, it is considered a battery contact fault, and an alarm is triggered to pause.

8) During the discharge process, when a battery discharges to the set termination voltage, a set of data is automatically generated to record the termination data of this battery. The battery will continue to be discharged online until all batteries reach the set termination voltage or the set testing time.
